Rules and regulations

In order to ensure the safety of platform instruments, equipment, property, and the normal conduct of
teaching and research activities, the Dynamic Reconstruction and Applied Meta Studio (DREAMS) shall
carry out daily work in accordance with the following management regulations:

Laboratory Management Regulations
Operating Regulation All individuals entering the laboratory must comply with the relevant laboratory regulations.
Laboratory instruments and equipment are open to various research laboratories within the university and also open to the public.
The laboratory implements a training and assessment system, and access to the laboratory is granted to university users who have obtained access qualifications according to instrument reservation schedules. Users who have been granted access authorization are strictly prohibited from lending their campus cards to others.
Individuals unrelated to the experiments are not allowed to enter the laboratory.
Items in the lab cannot be carried out of the lab without the approval of the laboratory administrator.
Laboratory personnel should maintain the laboratory's cleanliness, fire safety, theft prevention, and ensure the safety of instruments and equipment.
In cases where this regulation does not provide explicit instructions but involves all actions related to instruments and equipment, the interpretation and enforcement authority lies with the Dynamic Reconstruction and Applied Meta Studio.
Security Regulations Strictly adhere to the various safety warning signs in the laboratory. During instrument usage, the user assumes responsibility for safety.
It is necessary to know the specific location of laboratory electrical switches, fire extinguishing equipment, and other emergency facilities and ensure that access is unobstructed.
Unauthorized operations not specified in the SOPs, unauthorized modifications to instrument hardware or software settings, use of non-designated components, or operating instruments with safety devices removed are strictly prohibited.
Instruments must strictly adhere to electrical safety regulations. Unauthorized actions such as altering circuits or disconnecting instrument power supplies are strictly prohibited.
In principle, it is not allowed to carry out overnight experiments without supervision, otherwise permission from the laboratory administrator is required.
If any abnormal conditions are found in instrument equipment or infrastructure during the experiment, it must be promptly reported to the instrument supervisor or laboratory manager. Unauthorized handling or adjustment of major instrument components is strictly prohibited, and severe penalties will be imposed if unauthorized disassembly is discovered.
Use the designated data transmission and download methods provided by the platform. It is strictly prohibited to use external storage devices such as USB drives or external hard drives to connect to computers or copy data. Viewing or downloading other people's data is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized modification of computers, software installation, unauthorized network access, and the use of remote control software are strictly prohibited.
In the event of an accident caused by a violation of the rules, the user and their affiliated unit/research group will be held responsible. Violations of the rules will result in a warning penalty, violations causing losses will result in suspension of access and compensation, and in cases of significant losses and bad behavior, access privileges will be revoked, and the incident will be reported and criticized. The opportunity for re-assessment will be considered.
In the event of an accident caused by a violation of the laboratory safety management rules and regulations, the user and their affiliated unit/research group will be held responsible. If instrument failure or damage is caused by human error, the user's supervisor or research group must bear the related repair costs.
Sanitation Regulations Eating and smoking are prohibited in the laboratory.
People entering the laboratory should keep the laboratory clean.
After the experiment is completed, the experimental area should be cleaned up. Before leaving the laboratory, personnel should check water, electricity, doors, windows, etc.
